The raw materials used in the production of GFRC curtain wall panels must meet the following criteria in order to ensure the quality of the products.

Cement: Portland cement in accordance with ASTM C150;

Glass fiber: Accord with PCI-MNL-130 standard, minimum zirconia content 16%;

Silica sand: in accordance with BSEN 812 Section 103.1:1985, silica >96%, Cl-Ion ≤600ppm, loss on ignition up to 0.5%, all particles passing through 1.2mm sieve, and fine particles through 0.15mm sieve limited to a maximum of 10 %;

Buried parts: embedded parts shall comply with the relevant requirements of ASTM A1011 or A1008;

Admixtures: Meet ASTM C494 requirements for Types A, B, D, F, and G, or ASTM C260. Metakaolin or other materials used as admixtures meet the requirements of ASTM C618. Color and white pigments should conform to ASTM C979. Requirements, Jugewu curing agent can replace water conservation, in line with the provisions of PCI-MNL-130.
