GFRC project construction organization design plan

3. Second, the construction organization design:

Third, pre-construction preparation:

1. According to the construction drawings provided by the construction company, our company's project department:

Fourth, installation and construction:

1. According to the determined construction drawings and the technical disclosure of the construction project department, according to the installation position and elevation, the installation vertical and horizontal lines of the GRC components shall be released.

2. According to the design drawings, the specifications of GRC components, metal expansion bolts, welded galvanized steel bars, drills, etc. at the installation site are selected and transported to the installation site. 4. 6. 7. Joint repair

5, waterproof

C. The surface of waterproofing membrane should be made of 1:2 cement mortar protective layer h=25mm.

D. The construction quality should be strictly implemented in the construction.

V. GRC component technical requirements (according to Q/74034994-5.02-2002 compilation)

A, Cement: Cement shall comply with JC714-1996

B: Coarse aggregate: The ceramsite should conform to JC714-1996, and the pebbles and gravel should meet the requirements of GB/T14685-2001.

C: Fine aggregate: Fine aggregate should meet the requirements of GB/T14684-2001.

D: Rebar: It should meet the requirements of GB1499-1989.

E: Glass fiber; should comply with JC/T572-2002 regulations.

F: Steel wire: It should meet the requirements of GB/T5223-2002.

G: Water: Production mixing water should comply with JCJ63-1989 regulations.

Sixth, construction safety measures: (see the attached table for details)

1. Establish a safety management system and safety responsibility systems at all levels.

Cooperate with the safety staff of Party A to strengthen the safety education and safety technology disclosure work, implement the safety production policy of “safety first, prevention first”, and conduct safety education when the operators participating in the construction approach enter the market, ideologically causing construction personnel , Operators attach importance to improving safety awareness, eliminating blind, risky, adventurous and other dangerous behaviors. Conduct partial project safety technical disclosure work prior to local and sub-project construction, and make records, perform inspections and supervision in the construction process. Correct violations at any time.

3. Formulate engineering safety technical measures:

A. Protection against electric shock and fire: In the aspect of construction electricity use, all power supply circuits shall be set according to the floor plan of the construction, and be maintained in a good working state. It is forbidden to take private connections and surround the metal rods, and a full-time electrician shall be set up at the site. Power lines are serviced at any time.

C. Falling from high places: It is forbidden to play nuisances at high altitudes. It is strictly forbidden to wear hard bottoms and easy-to-slip shoes to work. Prohibition of drinking after work is necessary. A belt must be worn for work and the helmet must be worn properly.

D. Anti-dropping objects hurt people: It is forbidden to throw any object from high altitude. It is necessary to wear a safety helmet when working.

E. Strengthen inspections at any time before work, during construction, and after work, correct any violations at any time, discover hidden dangers, eliminate them in a timely manner, and summarize safety work and hold safety meetings.

Seventh, construction technology measures:

1. The material, specification, shape, installation position and fixing method of the material should meet the design requirements and be firmly installed.

2. The length of the lap joint must be ensured when the component is installed. The weld seam is full and smooth. It is forbidden to have false defects such as false welding, missing welding, and “bite”.

4. The number, size, position and connection method of expansion bolts must meet the design requirements.

Eight, civilized construction:

In order to strengthen the civilized construction management of construction sites and maintain the cleanliness of the city's urban appearance and environment, these regulations have been formulated in accordance with relevant state regulations and the actual conditions of the site.

1. The project manager (project leader) of the construction unit is responsible for the overall management of the construction process, establishing a civilized construction responsibility system, and organizing the implementation.

2. In accordance with the requirements of the general construction plan for the construction of the building, stacking construction equipment and material sites shall be set up; without approval of the general contractor, no construction materials or machines shall be stacked on the construction site.

7. During the construction, attention should be paid to cleaning up the construction site so that it can be followed with cleanliness to keep the construction clean.

8. Construction materials, waste soil, old materials and other miscellaneous materials shall not be randomly thrown during construction, and rickshaws and tricycles shall not be used to transport construction waste, waste soil and building materials off site.

10. Temporary firefighting facilities

1. Tenth, product protection

During the construction period, the subcontractor shall bear the responsibility of implementing product protection for the projects completed in succession. The subcontractor shall keep good records of his own products, especially valuables. 11. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project, emergency measures shall be taken

2. Emergency measures for construction speed
