GFRC installation method

(A) Implanted welding installation method:

    1, welding points: vertical direction every one or every 600mm or not less than 5-6 per m2, every horizontal 400mm up and down one or no less than 5-8 per m2.

    2. The seam is straight and smooth, and the horizontal and vertical deviation is ≤ 0.5% for each component.

    3, splicing lines must be welded longitudinally embedded heat-resistant shrinkage welding ribs.

    4. Each point of focus shall be drilled with a Ø6mm drill bit and a Ø8mm steel bar shall be drilled into the wall at a depth of 25 to 300 degrees. The depth shall be ≥90-100mm. Welds must be solid and there must be no welding.

    5. The gap between the anchorage point of the component and the attachment must be filled with cement slurry or cement mortar prepared with glue, and no gaps can exist to prevent the gap from leaking.

    6. According to the construction shown in the figure, the GFRC products are stored in categories, and the construction with the problematic components cannot be used.

    7, after the installation of components, 1 for a variety of installation of fixed connectors and connection solder joints for rust treatment to prevent rust damage. (2) If segmented splicing is used, the joints, voids and damages arising during the installation process must be repaired. The remaining joints shall be caulked with sealant or with glue, cement, fine sand and special adhesives and related materials. The seams must be cleaned before caulking so that the seam surface will never fall off. Then remove any contaminants on the surface of the GRC component.

    8. The installation workers must carry out operations in accordance with the regulations concerning the safety regulations for aerial work and the provisions of the safety regulations for fire prevention operations.

(B) Inner top burst (inner burst) screw fixing installation method:

   1. Fixing force points: one vertical line every 600mm or no less than 5-6 lines per m2, one horizontal line every 400mm, or no less than 5-8 lines per m2. The fixing point screws must be galvanized and the specifications must meet the following requirements: a. ≥ Ø8 × 80—100 screws are used when the single piece weight ≥ 35kg; b. Ø 6 × is used when the single piece weight ≯ 35kg. 80-100 screws.

    2. All other requirements and precautions are the same as those for the installation method of sticking bars.
