Construction process and operation key of GRC lightweight partition board:

1, process flow

2, preparation of materials and construction stuff

3, finishing the construction work surface

In order to ensure the smooth construction of the GRC lightweight partition board, it is necessary to promptly organize the finishing work of the partition board device parts, and remove the debris such as the ceiling, wall surface, and the convex cement blocks, and then rinse the upper part with clean water. The dust and sand, and dried, and then check the flatness of the site to ensure the flat floor, for more than 40mm concave and convex depression should be leveling.

4, partition wall positioning, elastic line

According to the construction drawings, two parallel ink lines, such as GRC lightweight partition board, are ejected at the partition board to be installed, namely on the side of the column, on the ground, on the ceiling, and on the underside of the beam, and the orientations of the doors and windows are marked and put together on the ground. A third ink line parallel to the wall is popped 100mm away from the side of the parallel line. As the viewing control line, the orientation of the partition board is checked after the device is finished.

5, row plate, device "U" type seismic card

When carrying out the "U" type anti-seismic card device, the layout calculation should be carried out according to the drawings and the actual scale. If the width of the openings and openings of the doors and windows is less than the width of the whole board, it can be intercepted with a hand-crafted board saw according to actual needs. GRC light The length of the partition board is cut according to the floor height dimension minus 20-30mm. After the typesetting, the U-shape seismic card is finally installed in the ink line at the bottom of the beam and the ceiling.

6, device GRC lightweight partition board

When the slats are installed in the device, the adhesive surface (top surface, side surface) of the slats is first modified with a ready-made supporting adhesive, and the slivers are shorn in all directions, and the two sides are given a splayed angle. Then, at the bottom of the end of the hanger beam, the orientation of the device line is projected. The matching "U" type card is fastened with the expansion screw, and the opening is downwards. The opening width of the "U" type card is 6 cm.

When a GRC lightweight partition board device is installed, one person pushes one person at a time and picks up a wide-mouthed crowbar at the bottom of the mouth, squeezing the top edge and squeezing the gap to squeeze out the glue. When pushing, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the slats infiltrate into the U-shaped card and whether they violated the edge line of the device that has already been played, and promptly calibrate it with the plumb line to level and straighten the board. After installing the top slab, check its bonding gap with the brick wall or cylinder and the underside of the hanger beam is ≤ 5mm. It is advisable to check the straightness ≤ 2mm. After the pass, use the wooden wedge to tightly close the bottom of the strip. , Make it up to the top, replace the crowbar, use a scraper to scrape the filled adhesive, and then start the second piece of equipment.

The method for installing the second board on the first floor is the same as the method for the first board on the first floor. Taking the top board as a benchmark, each board should be leveled with a wooden ruler. According to this method, the first-level board is installed in sequence, only to pay attention to the need to fix a U-shaped card at the top every 1.5m to reinforce the board. After the first-floor slat unit is installed, at the upper and lower ends of the top and bottom panels, partition walls and wall columns, clamp the slats on both sides of the “L” clamp to make the slats and wall columns closely interpret. , The seams are good to prevent the cracking of the substitute after solidification; the bottom of the light board is filled with fine stone grooving and the gaps are densely packed; after the fine stone rake exerts its strength, the wooden wedge can be removed (when some wooden wedges are below the indoor floor) , can not remove the wooden wedge), leveling with cement mortar.

After the first-floor slat unit is completed, the second-tier board is started, and the second-floor board is the same as the first-line slat unit on the first floor. When the second-level board is installed on the second floor, a lap board needs to be installed first. The lap plate is the same length as the slat and has a width of 20cm. The lap plate is cut by a carpenter's board saw. In the installation, the joints on the side of the second layer outside the board are glued with glass fiber grid wire cloth; the bottom of the second floor board is covered with fine stone slats; the adhesive between the top of the slats and the hanging beam adhesive is added. One layer is applied and compacted with a plastering board in the inside corner. In this way, one double GRC hollow lightweight partition wall is completed. If the partition wall is a single-layer GRC lightweight partition wall slat, it is only necessary to perform the first-level slat installation method in the center of the lifting beam.
