GFRC

GFRC curtain wallboard and other products are made of alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced materials, and sulphoaluminate low-alkalinity cement is a cementing material and is composed of a mixture of a suitable aggregate and a mixture of a base material and an admixture. The role of glass fiber in GRC is similar to that of steel in concrete, and is intended to enhance the tensile, flexural strength, and impact resistance of cement gels. Its tensile strength is about 5 times that of steel. The fiber is cut into short filaments and evenly dispersed into the cement gel. The glass fiber can also be made into a grid cloth (special load-bearing components are made of steel wire mesh and reinforced with steel) and the substrate is combined to make the GRC reach the load-bearing fracture. The limit meets various architectural planning requirements.

GFRC's production is mainly through planning, mold making, data preparation, production molding (eruption, main casting, extrusion, flow, etc. molding process), demoulding maintenance and other production process procedures.
