 1. Before the installation, deal with the appearance of the building's cohesive structure to ensure that it is flat and solid.

 2. When there are defects such as missing corners and corners on the exterior, the cement mixing materials should be used for repair after installation.

 3. Before the installation, according to the construction drawings, the elevation line, horizontal, vertical and component central control lines shall be projected on the external wall to control the devices on the same horizontal line.

 4, the characteristics of the device fully considered when setting up the outer frame and the outside dimensions, to ensure that the device meets the distance

 5. Device errors shall meet the following requirements;

 (1) The degree of verticality of the decoration of the unit is ≤ 5mm/floor height, and the total error is ≤ 50mm;

 (2) The flatness error of the decoration of the unit is ≤ 5mm/2m, and the total error is ≤ 50mm;

 6, the device interface should be smooth, error exceeds 5mm, should be polished.

 7. Cohesion should be reserved and dealt with according to the planning requirements.

 8. Where there is a requirement for waterproofing, waterproof treatment should be carried out and the necessary anti-freeze and damage measures should be taken. Links and welds exposed to air should be reliably preserved.

 9, after anchoring joint fixation method:

 (1) When the structural connection structure is a cast-in-place concrete structure and the practical strength grade is greater than Class C20, and the thickness is greater than 1.5, and when the thickness is greater than 100mm, the anchor bolt with a diameter of not less than 8mm, or the expansion bolt, does not meet the above requirements, Should use welding connection device.

 (2) The building connecting structure is a hollow block masonry structure, the masonry strength is greater than 7.5, the mortar strength is greater than M5, the masonry thickness is greater than or equal to 370mm, and the replacement block is used. The displacement block should be filled with C20 or above inflated fine stone concrete. The height and width of 240mm shall not be less than 240mm. The anchor bolt shall be installed in the center of the displacement block. If it does not meet one of the above requirements, the welding connection device shall be used.

10. Device for linking points with buildings:

 (1) When the weight is less than 25kg, the device connection points shall not be less than 4 and the upper, lower, lower, left and right connections shall be used: When the weight is greater than 25kg, each additional 10kg shall add at least two joint points: the distance between the joint points shall not be greater than 500mm.

 (2) When the welding method is used to join together, the length of the double-sided weld should not be less than 5d of the rebar diameter when welding rebar, and the length of the single-side weld should not be less than 12d of the rebar diameter. The weld height is not less than 3mm, and the weld grade is not lower than grade 2. The use of point-to-point welding and point-to-face welding are prohibited.

 (3) In general, a building is a hollow block with a strong masonry structure or a GRC member with a scale exceeding 400 (width) * 400 (height) must be pre-assembled with angle steel because of its large weight. 6 steel bars are reserved in the components, welded and then fixed by 12 steel bars and angle steels, with 12 steel bars per 500 mm in the horizontal direction and two vertical lines along the height.

 (4) There is no device for pre-embedded angles. In the corresponding structure of the device, a 12-thread rebar is inserted at a 45-degree angle, one for every 500 mm in the horizontal direction, and two for the height. After 12 steel bars are welded, the GRC members are fixed.
