GRG

GRG color molding board is a type of GRG product made from excellent natural gypsum as a base material. GRG product adds pre-cast new style decoration materials by adding special gypsum-reinforced glass fiber and environmental micro-additives. Such information can be made into various flat panels, various functional products, and various art forms.

GRG data is a new type of renovation and renovation information. It has the following ten advantages and characteristics:

1. No deformation. Because its main material gypsum has no corrosive effect on glass fiber, and its dry and wet shortening is less than 0.01%, it can make the product performance stable, durable, no cracking, no deformation, and long service life.

2. Light weight. The gauge thickness of the GRG product's flat surface is 3.2 to 8.8mm (special requirements can be thickened), and the weight per square meter is only 4.9 to 9.8kg, which can reduce the weight of the main construction and component load.

3. High strength. The test indicates that the cracking load of GRG products is more than 1200N, which exceeds the national standard JC/T799-1998 (1996) 10 times of the cracking load 118N of the renovation gypsum board.

4. Breathe. The GRG board is a kind of board with many microporous structures. In the natural environment, the porous body can absorb or release water. When the room temperature is high and the humidity is low, the plate gradually releases moisture from the microplate; when the room temperature is low and the humidity is high, it absorbs the moisture in the air. This release and breathing constitute the so-called "breathing" effect. This cyclic change in moisture absorption plays a role in modulating relative humidity in the room and invents a comfortable microclimate for the working and living environment.
