Owners Appreciation - GRG in Vladivostok, Russia

On November 11th, 2015, the "Crystal Tiger Palace" built by the China Construction First Bureau opened in Vladivostok, Russia! All GRG materials in this project are provided by Beijing Longyuan Decorative Materials Co., Ltd., including indoor special ceilings, wall panels, pillars, grid access, and stairs, totaling approximately 20,000 square meters. Vladivostok, the largest city in the Far East of Russia, the seat of the Russian Pacific Fleet Command, and the end of the Trans-Siberian Railway, finally has its first five-star hotel!

“Crystal Tiger Palace” is a large-scale urban complex with a building area of 34,342 square meters. As a rare GRG production base in China, Beijing Longyuan took on the mission of deepening the design of GRG products and producing products, signing a contract in December 2014. In just five months, all products were shipped in place and were highly appreciated by Party A and the owner.

1. Due to this building, a city is repositioned

British BBC reporter Steven Sacker said: "Because of the Crystal Tiger Palace, Vladivostok has to make itself a pan-Asian entertainment paradise. It's like Lin Haizhong's Vegas and the snowy side of the Sun City." Tiger Palace is a landmark building in Vladivostok. It is located in the virgin forest that stretches for tens of kilometers in Vladivostok, like a crystal palace hidden in a fairy tale world.

2. Because of this building, builders from eight countries formed the "United Nations Project Department."

The project department of the "Crystal Tiger Palace" is like a "United Nations". The project employees are from Russia, the United Kingdom, Finland, Australia, North Korea, and Armenia, not counting our compatriots from mainland China, Macao and Hong Kong. The project department opens a production meeting as if it were a UN meeting. The participants need to communicate in 7 languages. Although groups in 7 languages are not well managed, Beijing Longyuan always cooperates with employees from all countries in a professional and win-win manner.
