GRC flower buds are hard, dense, high strength, weather resistant, corrosion resistant, wear resistant, low water absorption, beautiful colors can be preserved for more than a hundred years, the color is beautiful.

Do not touch oil: Because oil or dirt can cause sandstone walls to stain, if contacted should be cleared as soon as possible to avoid being absorbed by sandstone.

Avoid using tile cleaners for cleaning: Tile cleaners can discolor wall tiles. You should use a clean, soft cloth and warm water. Regular cleaning can prevent the deposition of harmful chemicals.

Material composition

Cement: The cements commonly used in GRC include fast-hard sulphoaluminate cement, low-salt sulphoaluminate cement, ordinary portland cement, and white portland cement.

Fibers: The fibers used in GRC materials must be alkali-resistant glass fibers. The types include alkali-resistant glass fiber rovings, alkali-resistant glass fiber chopped yarns, and alkali-resistant glass fiber meshes. The European and American countries require that the content of glass fiber zirconia used in the GRC should not be lower than 16.5%. China requires that the content of zirconia be not less than 16.5% when ordinary Portland cement is used.

Polymer: The polymer that is usually added is acrylic, ie acrylate copolymer emulsion.

Additives: Additives such as superplasticizers, plasticizers, retarders, early strength agents, antifreeze agents, rust inhibitors, etc. can be added selectively: When the product contains steel reinforcement or steel embedded parts Calcium chloride-based admixtures must not be used.

Other materials: Some pozzolanic active materials can be selectively added to improve the overall performance of GRC products such as strength, impermeability, and durability.
